We cover 100% of the premium for both long term and short term disability as well as life insurance/AD&D. Team members also have the option to elect additional coverage.
We offer an EAP through UNUM that is available to you, your spouse, dependent children, parents and parents-in-law. The EAP provides support and counseling services for a wide range of life issues that may arise.
We want our team members feeling like their best. We’ll reimburse for half the cost (up to $500 per year) of personal gym memberships and other wellness products.
